RITANZ is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to the RITANZ Rules

The current RITANZ Rules were passed and implemented in 2014.  Since then, there have been a number of changes affecting the industry, including the licencing of insolvency practitioners.  Therefore, the Rules have been reviewed and updated to take account of these changes.
